This is fully personalized, hands-on coaching designed to work inside your busy life. You’re supported in real time with weekly 1:1 calls and check ins and ongoing access, so when things shift, we adjust immediately.

Your nutrition, training, and habits are built around your schedule, stress, and demands and continuously refined to keep you moving forward as schedules adjust.

  • Yes - Tracking is the most effective way to understand your intake and create progress, so most clients start there. It’s used as a tool, not a forever requirement. As you build awareness and consistency, we gradually transition toward more intuitive eating and portion control so you’re not reliant on tracking long-term.

  • Yes, standard coaching packages can be upgraded at any time during the contract period. Downgrading is not available.

  • Yes, once your coaching contract is up you may extend for another 6 or 12 months.

  • Most clients start to feel more in control and consistent within the first 2–4 weeks. Visible changes in body composition typically follow within 4–8 weeks, depending on adherence, stress, and starting point. Lasting results come from building habits over time.

  • No refunds will be given on products or coaching. Due to the time, planning, and coaching involved, all payments are non-refundable. Pausing for a short period is available in select cases.
